1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the StickyOption trading platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StickyOption Ltd.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the StickyOption platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction (see our Restricted Countries list)
• Not be a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior disclosure
• Have a valid government-issued identification document

StickyOption reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to meet these requirements or provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account with StickyOption, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify StickyOption immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create more than one account per individual or household without explicit written permission from StickyOption. Multiple accounts may be closed and funds held pending investigation.

KYC/AML Compliance: StickyOption is required by law to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide necessary documentation as requested, including government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

4. Trading Rules & Conditions

All trades placed on StickyOption are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum trade amount is $1.00 per position
• Maximum trade amount varies by asset and account tier
• Trades cannot be cancelled or modified after placement
• All trade times are executed based on server time (UTC)
• In the event of technical issues, StickyOption reserves the right to void affected trades
• Arbitrage trading and exploiting platform bugs is strictly prohibited

Payout percentages displayed on the platform are subject to change based on market conditions. StickyOption does not guarantee specific payout rates and may adjust them at any time without prior notice.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed. The minimum deposit amount is $5.00.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are:

• E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller): 0–24 hours
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT): 15–60 minutes
• Credit/Debit Cards: 3–7 business days
• Bank Wire Transfer: 5–10 business days

StickyOption may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit where possible.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

StickyOption offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonus funds require a minimum trading volume before withdrawal eligibility
• The standard turnover requirement is 50x the bonus amount
• Only one welcome bonus per customer is permitted
• StickyOption reserves the right to cancel bonuses at any time
• Bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading binary options and other financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

Important risk warnings:

• You could lose some or all of your initial investment
• Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results
• Binary options are considered high-risk financial instruments
• Never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely
• Trading under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or emotional stress is strongly discouraged

StickyOption strongly recommends that new traders begin with a demo account to familiarize themselves with the platform before risking real capital.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the StickyOption platform:

• Money laundering or financing of terrorism
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or trading software without authorization
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other individuals
• Exploiting system errors, bugs, or pricing discrepancies
• Chargebacks or disputed payments without prior contact with support
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Any activity that constitutes market manipulation

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the StickyOption platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of StickyOption Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without express written permission from StickyOption Ltd.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the StickyOption platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

StickyOption uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Account Termination

StickyOption may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, StickyOption, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method after satisfying all pending requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

StickyOption shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

StickyOption's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
